The Plan for Clarity Study

Do you provide help to someone with memory difficulties?

This may include helping them shop, driving them places, assisting them with technology, answering their mail or paying their bills, helping them plan and make life decisions, communicating with others on their behalf, or many other types of regular or irregular help.

Or, do you have memory difficulties yourself?

If yes TO EITHER ONE, you can join the Plan for Clarity study and get $25 to complete a survey.
